This notice explains what Kognisol collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers the public website only. Work delivered under a client engagement is governed by the contract for that engagement.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the contact form or the chat widget:

We do not ask for and do not want passwords, API keys, patient records, financial statements, government identifiers, or other sensitive data through this website. Please do not send them here.
Who processes it
We use third-party services to run this site. Each one only receives what it needs:

How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so and confirm.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your enquiry to train AI models.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.
Your choices
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to nithin@kognisol.in and we will respond.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or profiling cookies. Some browser storage may be used to remember interface state on your own device; that never leaves your browser.
