These terms cover use of the kognisol.in website. Paid work is governed by the separate written proposal and agreement for that engagement; where the two differ, the engagement agreement governs.
What this website is
This site describes services and lets you get in touch. Descriptions of capability, timelines and outcomes are indicative. They are not offers, quotations, or guarantees of a result.
Evidence labels
Where we show work, we label it as a client case study, an internal prototype, or an illustrative demo. Demonstrations and prototypes are not client results, and figures shown against them are not measured client outcomes.
Enquiries
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or a professional relationship. We aim to reply to every genuine enquiry.
The chat widget
Replies in the chat widget are generated by an AI model and may be wrong. Nothing it says is a quotation, a commitment, or professional advice. See AI Use & Limitations.
Ownership of delivered work
Our standard position on engagements is that the client owns the accounts, data, configuration and documentation we produce for them. The specifics, including any third-party licences that come with their own terms, are set out in the engagement agreement.
Your responsibilities
- Do not submit confidential or sensitive data through this public website.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site or its APIs.
- Do not use the chat widget to process other people's personal data.
Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
